TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

§ 1. DEFINITIONS

The terms used in this document shall mean:

  • Krukowiak – Kujawska Fabryka Maszyn Rolniczych Spółka z o.o., ul. Kolejowa 54/4, 87-880 Brześć Kujawski, Poland. KRS: 0000102420 District Court in Toruń, NIP: 888-25-96-943, REGON: 910954130, acting as the service provider within the meaning of the Act of July 18, 2002, on providing services by electronic means.
  • Portal – the KRUKOWIAK internet portal operated at www.esklepkrukowiak.pl.
  • Goods – items intended for sale.
  • Buyer – a person taking actions aimed at purchasing goods under a sales agreement.
  • Consumer – a natural person purchasing goods for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.

§ 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND OFFER

1. KRUKOWIAK provides electronic services via the Portal related to the mail-order sale of goods.

2. Placing an order is based on these Terms and Conditions in the version binding on the day the order is placed.

3. All goods offered by KRUKOWIAK are brand new, free from physical and legal defects. In the case of post-service or defective goods, this information is clearly marked on the product page.

4. The prices of goods stated on the Portal are expressed in PLN or EUR, include VAT, and do not include delivery costs.

§ 3. PLACING ORDERS

1. Orders are accepted via the website, by e-mail, or by phone.

2. The condition for order processing is the correct completion of contact and address details.

3. The sales document (invoice/receipt) is provided electronically or in paper form along with the goods.

§ 4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

1. The preparation of the order and dispatch of the shipment takes place no later than within 4 business days, counting from the date of placing the order (in the case of cash on delivery) or from the date the payment is credited to the Seller's account (in the case of prepayment).

2. The delivery time by the carrier should be added to the order processing time, which usually takes 1 to 2 business days within Poland (international delivery times may vary).

3. In the event of delays beyond the Seller's control (e.g., stock shortages, delays in deliveries from subcontractors), the Buyer will be notified immediately by phone or e-mail, with the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

4. Orders placed on public holidays and weekends will be processed on the first business day following their receipt.

§ 5. PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY

1. Available payment methods:

  • Traditional bank transfer
  • Fast online payments (e-transfer, BLIK, payment cards)
  • Cash on delivery (upon courier delivery)
PAYMENT OPERATOR:

The operator of payment cards and fast online payments is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy (Przelewy24), ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000347935, NIP: 7792369887, REGON: 301345068.

2. Delivery is carried out via courier companies. The delivery cost is displayed in the cart before finalizing the order.

3. The Buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment upon receipt. In case of damage, a damage report must be drawn up in the presence of the courier.

§ 6. WARRANTIES AND COMPLAINTS

1. All new goods are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.

2. If a defect is found, the Buyer should file a complaint (by e-mail or via the form on the website) and send the defective goods back to the company's registered address.

3. KRUKOWIAK will process the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

§ 7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from receiving the goods.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be informed of the decision through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).

3. The returned goods must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item (e.g., mounting a part in a machine and soiling it with grease precludes a full-value return).

4. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.

§ 8. PERSONAL DATA AND CONTACT

1. The administrator of personal data is KFMR KRUKOWIAK. Data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment, in accordance with the GDPR privacy policy.
