§ 1. DATA CONTROLLER

§ 2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

The Controller processes personal data for the following purposes:

• Order Fulfillment: (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) – processing is necessary for the performance of a sales contract (shipping of goods, issuing an invoice).
• User Account: (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) – to enable the use of the store account (order history, statuses).
• Handling Complaints and Returns: (Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR) – fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller.
• Direct Marketing: (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) – legitimate interest of the Controller.

§ 3. DATA RECIPIENTS

For the proper fulfillment of services, Users' personal data may be transferred to external entities (processors) only to the necessary extent:

• Courier and Forwarding Companies: for the purpose of delivering the order.
• Payment Operators: in particular PayPro SA (Przelewy24) – for the purpose of processing secure online payments.
• Accounting Office: for the fulfillment of accounting and tax obligations.
• IT Service Providers: hosting companies and store software providers.

§ 4. USER RIGHTS

Every person whose data is concerned has the right to:

• Access their data and rectify (correct) it.
• Delete data ("the right to be forgotten") or restrict its processing.
• Object to the processing of data.
• Data portability.
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

§ 5. COOKIE FILES

1. The Online Store uses Cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser software on the computer.

2. Cookie files are used for the following purposes:

• Necessary: Maintaining the User's session (after logging in), so that the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on every subpage.
• Functional: Remembering the contents of the cart and page display preferences.
• Analytical: Creating anonymous statistics that help understand how Users use the websites.
